Hydro Executives Buy Shares In Company

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Hydro Tuesday said its president and Chief Executive Eivind Reiten on Oct 30 have bought 12,000 shares in the company at NOK77.20 per share and now holds 80,456 shares.

Hydro said executive vice president Svein Richard Brandtzaeg have also bought 13,000 shares at NOK 77.30 per share and now holds 21,851 shares.

Hydro said any closely related parties are included in the transactions and holdings.
