SHANGHAI (Dow Jones)-Aluminum Corp. of China Ltd. (ACH), China’s largest alumina producer by output, said Friday it plans to sell CNY3 billion worth of one-year bills Wednesday.

Proceeds from the bill offering will be used to supplement its working capital and repay its debts, the company said in a statement posted on the official ChinaBond Web site.

Aluminum Corp. of China Ltd., or Chalco, is listed in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and has American Depositary Receipts listed in the U.S.
